Who is this class for:

2D artists who want to improve the quality of photos they take of their artwork used to apply to shows, post on social media, and even produce fine art prints.

A basic understanding of cameras and photography is helpful, but not required

Each class session will cover the following topics.

  • Camera and lens choices

  • Sensors, megapixels, resolution, and file size management

  • Effective lighting techniques

  • Recommended camera settings

  • Introduction to photo editing and post processing

  • Introduction to color management, color gamut, and color profiles

  • Image requirement for producing high-quality fine art prints
